Sacred Sexuality

The union between spirit and sex.
The transformation of sex into a spiritual experience.

Practitioners of sacred sex acknowledge and honour the life-force that animates all living beings. We celebrate, respect and honour the God and Goddess, Shiva and Shakti, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine which expresses through all of us.

Sex becomes a sacred experience. It offers a path to enlightenment through the body.

It is a spiritual practice. It teaches us how to open ourselves up to more bliss, love and joy in our lives.

It begins with connection. Connection to your Self, to your lover, to Source. In a place of connection and safety, in a space of love, the Heart opens. Feeling that expansive state in which every cell is permeated with aliveness and bliss reconnects you with the Sacred.

I invite you to expand your concept of sex. Sex is not limited to intercourse alone. Now, it might suprise you to hear that there are many practices that do not even require physical union!
